Scientists are trying to find out whether a germ found in the penis of a koala bear may be used to help couples who are having difficulty having children. These germs reportedly live in a sac where the marsupial stores its penis and may cause problems that are only treatable by antibiotic treatment. If a similar germ is found in men, scientists will know more about what causes some types of infertility in humans and could be one step closer to finding a cure.
